## Job Description ##

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established trading company on an exclusive basis. We are searching for a HR Generalist to join the Zug office as they continue in their exciting growth phase.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on Swiss labor law, immigration processes, and operational HR excellence.

This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys shaping HR foundations within a growing organization.

Our client requires the successful candidate to be onsite 5 days per week.

This role also offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative culture in a scale-up environment backed by an established global business. You will play a pivotal role helping to build and evolve HR processes and practices.

**Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist:**

* Manage HR data accuracy and updates within the company-s HR system, while delivering responsive support to employee queries
* Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers
* Coordinate benefits administration and relocation logistics, including immigration support for domestic and international hires
* Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies and support ongoing regional and global HR projects

**Your profile:**

* Ability to deal with all levels of seniority and key stakeholder management skills
* Multiple years of HR experience in a fast-moving, international or tech-oriented environment
* Strong working knowledge of Swiss employment and immigration regulations
* Fluency in German is mandatory
