**Are you passionate about software engineering, system-near programming, and application-level development?**
Do you enjoy working with modern technologies as well as assembler?

We are looking for a **Mainframe Developer** with strong expertise in **High-Level Assembler** and z/OS mainframe technologies. In this role, you will contribute to the **development, maintenance, on-call support, and optimization** of mission-critical systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

## **What You Will Do** ##

* Develop and maintain applications using **High-Level Assembler** on IBM Mainframe systems
* Work with **JCL, DB2, and REXX** for job control, database access, and scripting
* Use **GIT** for version control and **IDz (IBM Developer for z Systems)** as your main IDE
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and high performance
* Contribute to **code reviews, testing, and documentation**

 

## **What You Bring** ##

* Several years of experience with **IBM High-Level Assembler** and **Macro programming**
* Solid understanding of **z/OS architecture and mainframe programming**; Linux knowledge is a plus
* Proficiency in **COBOL, C, JCL, DB2, REXX, GIT, and IDz**; Java is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills and ability to **implement solutions independently** in complex environments
* Fluent in **English** (spoken and written); German is a strong plus
