Tasks
What You’ll Do:
You will own and scale our digital customer acquisition channels, with a laser focus on performance, experimentation, and conversion. You’ll work closely with our design, product, and country teams to deliver measurable, scalable growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Own CAC and ROI metrics, with full responsibility for paid media budgets
- Set up and improve tracking infrastructure (Tag Manager, Analytics, etc.)
- Analyze performance, report insights, and continuously test and scale what works
- Collaborate with designers and content creators on landing pages, visual assets, and messaging
- Test and evaluate new acquisition channels (e.g. influencers, referral programs, partnerships)
- Coordinate with local marketing teams to localize and adapt paid campaigns
- Continuously improve funnel performance (from click to conversion)
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in digital/performance/growth marketing, ideally SaaS
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting CAC, LTV, attribution, etc. Experience working in fast-paced environments with limited handholding
- Bonus: Experience with influencer campaigns, affiliate, SEO, or lifecycle marketing
- Bonus: Familiarity with Swiss, German, or UK markets
