In this role, you take ownership of driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you contribute to the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Value Creation Plan: You will be owner of freud Value Creation Plan documentation and data model. You do the monthy tracking of KPIs and milestones as well support the implementation of the selected measures
- Sales Plays: You create sales play in colloaboration with the regional and country sales as well as marketing and segment teams. You define the roll-out plan for sales plays and track their implementation
- Pricing: You are the owner of freud pricing concept and process. You implement clear price logic for the product portfolio in alignment with segment teams and sales. You are responsible for pricing tools and PCR forcasting and monitoring.
- Market Intelligence: You monitor relevant competitors and shareout information with all relevant stakeholders. You do market calulation in collaboration with our Business Development Team
- Sales Reporting: You are the owner of sales reporting and forecasting and analyze new and lost business.
- Hunting Lists: You own the hunting list format and do monthy reporting. You coordinate distribution planning and CRM activities.
