The OpportunityThe Artwork Creation Manager is responsible for the implementation of textual, graphic elements and proofreading of Printed Packaging Material (PPM) during the creation process of a PDF Creation of selected packaging materials for global requirements.This is done by following the Artwork creation process in compliance with GMP requirements, the technical specifications and the requirements of the Roche Packaging Style Guide and by delivering the Artwork on time. As automated artwork creation increases, the Artworks Creation Manager furthermore manages the dynamic Chili templates and ensures correct content sheets creation during initial setup.In addition, the Artwork Creation Manager prepares and supports the external service providers and is the keylink between external and internal functions for technical requirements. Your day-to-day will mainly consist of the below responsibilities:Create and edit PDFs for printed packaging materials, such as folding boxes, foils, labels, and leaflets, based on provided manuscripts and technical drawings.Develop new PDFs for product launches and line extensions.Create and edit graphical templates and die cuts.Generate dynamic Chili templates with Java Scripts.Create Content Sheets and Initial Setup in WebCenter.Establish and maintain tables and graphic standards for print template preparation.Collaborate closely with the Product Configuration Manager to ensure on-time delivery and proactively find solutions for potential delays.Act as the primary contact for external artwork service providers and internal stakeholders regarding PDF creation.Manage file uploads to the PDF Library and maintain text macros in the text database.Finalize and provide print-ready data to suppliers.Complete checklists according to GMP and archive all relevant task data.Ensure all work complies with relevant GMP regulations, the Roche Style Guide, and specific country and technical requirements.Support complaint management and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Perform proofreading to control the artwork of printed packaging materials, monitoring for quality and ensuring texts and proofs meet defined standards.
