**About This Role:** As the Associate Director, Field Commercial Training Partner, you will be a crucial member of the Customer Engagement team within the Global CE&O department. Your role is to develop and deploy a comprehensive learning strategy aimed at enhancing the performance of field commercial teams and driving measurable business outcomes. By applying your learning expertise and deep business insight, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as a thought partner to various teams across countries. You will conduct performance and root cause analyses, communicate insights, and select appropriate solutions to achieve performance goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to meeting organizational objectives, adapting and refining learning plans as needed, and ensuring that training interventions align with the product life cycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence global initiatives and support local affiliate capability building.
**What You-ll Do:**
* Cultivate deep business knowledge and engage with teams to define and enable the TA Learning Strategy.
* Create and deliver world-class learning programs, including new hire training, ongoing and advanced training, and product launches.
* Ensure training and development meet current field needs using adult learning principles and instructional design.
* Assess learning needs and devise scalable solutions to create demonstrable business impact.
* Drive a patient-centric mindset and service-oriented culture as a learning foundation.
* Set clear communication about strategy and implementation plans across Affiliates.
* Provide administrative oversight, manage budgets and timelines, and adhere to relevant policies and SOPs.
* Identify best practices to enhance learning activities and support countries in delivering effective learning experiences.
* Foster experience exchange and learning loops through internal community engagement.
* Proactively seek new solutions and methodologies to enhance field learning.
* Communicate strategy, vision, and capabilities implementation to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
**Who You Are:** You thrive on collaboration and possess a high degree of perceptiveness and strategic agility. You are a credible professional with excellent communication and coaching skills, and your innovative thinking allows you to drive change effectively. You are comfortable with international travel and managing complex situations, such as aligning resources and managing projects across multiple time zones and cultures. Your ability to build comprehensive learning plans and gain alignment with key affiliates makes you a vital asset to the team.
**Required Skills:**
* BA/BS degree required.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
* At least 10 years of experience in Learning in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven track record of delivering high-impact Learning programs at launch and across the product life cycle.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leading large international programs.
* Experience in customer-facing activities; field experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in planning, negotiating, and allocating resources effectively.
* Strong communication skills and personal presence.

* Experience in Affiliate and Regional roles.
* Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on approach.
