### Your tasks ###
* Continuously improve and optimize the divisional reporting landscape, with a strong focus on user experience and actionable insights
* Define reporting requirements and deliver high-impact analysis in close collaboration with the global finance network and business stakeholders
* Provide decision-relevant information for both standard and ad-hoc analysis, enabling strategic business decisions
* Coordinate and support the annual budget and planning process, including timeline management and divisional consolidation
* Drive monthly closing, budgeting, and investment controlling of the management entity to deliver accurate and transparent results communication, comprehensive shared service and cost allocations, as well as effective support for investment applications
* Support strategic initiatives such as business integration, digitalization, as well as the upgrade and enhancement of financial systems and tools
* Develop and deliver trainings, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistent financial practices across regions
* Drive best practice sharing across the global finance community and foster a culture of knowledge exchange
* Contribute to enterprise risk management, internal control as well as transfer pricing processes
### Your profile ###
* Bachelor-s or master-s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
* 5-7 years of relevant experience in controlling and finance, ideally in an international environment
* Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
* Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, SGF, HGB)
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, TM1)
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
