For our client, an international industrial group with a strong presence across Europe, we are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join its regional leadership team. The role is based in Switzerland and reports into the global HR structure.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising regional leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
- Translating global HR strategies into locally relevant initiatives
- Managing HR operations including payroll, data, reporting, and compliance
- Supporting managers with leadership development and succession planning
- Driving regional talent development and career growth
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Representing HR in audits and internal communications
- Leading regional projects in Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Efficiency, and Wellbeing
Profile
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent professional certification
- At least 5 years as a HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-country or regional role
- Solid understanding of Swiss employment law
- Strong grasp of HR compliance, systems, and operational processes
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday and/or SAP
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
