## Job Description ##

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established multinational tourism company that is searching for a Junior HR Administrator to join the Baar office in Zug.

The Junior HR Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with local regulations.

You will act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries, supporting both managers and employees while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a fast-paced, international environment. This makes it an ideal position for someone moving from a Talent Acquisition background into wider HR responsibilities or for a professional with a couple of years- HR experience looking to grow their skill set.

**Key responsibilities of the Junior HR Administrator:**

* Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing contracts, processing new starter paperwork, and organizing induction schedules
* Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws and company policies
* Support the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review
* Assist with employee lifecycle events such as probation reviews, contract changes, and exit procedures

**Your profile:**

* 1-2 years- experience in HR Administration, Coordination, or Talent Acquisition with exposure to wider HR tasks
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
* Proficiency in German is mandatory
