About the job
Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the compliance framework (AML/KYC, risk assessments, monitoring programs)
Assist with the interpretation and application of Swiss and European financial regulations (e.g., FINMA guidelines, AMLA, MiCA)
Help prepare compliance reports and regulatory filings for internal stakeholders and external authorities
Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal policies and procedures
Support onboarding and due diligence reviews (KYC/AML) of counterparties and clients
Monitor regulatory developments in the crypto and fintech space
Provide general legal and administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team
About the candidate
Master of Law (MLaw) or equivalent from a Swiss university
0-3 years of relevant work experience (law firm, financial institution, regulator, or crypto startup)
Strong understanding of Swiss financial regulation; interest in blockchain and fintech compliance is a plus
Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
Team player with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
