Your responsibilities
In your role as a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Lead research initiatives focused on the development, testing, and implementation of innovative mental health interventions, both in Switzerland and internationally
* Pursue your own research agenda that complements and extends the Chair's ongoing program of research
* Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses and author high-impact publications in clinical psychology, global mental health, and implementation science
* Coordinate and manage clinical trials and other multi-site research studies
* Travel to study sites abroad to train collaborators and oversee project implementation
* Contribute to grant writing and funding applications, with opportunities to shape new projects
* Collaborate with international research teams, building strong networks and fostering cross-cultural research partnerships
* Disseminate findings to diverse audiences, including at international conferences, to policymakers, community partners, and the public
* Mentor and supervise bachelor's and master's students, and contribute to teaching activities within the Chair
Your profile
We are looking for a highly motivated researcher who meets the following criteria:
* A completed PhD in Psychology or a related field
* Proficiency in statistical modeling (e.g., multilevel models, longitudinal data analysis, mediation/moderation, latent variable modeling)
* Knowledge of implementation science methods and frameworks
* Experience with design, management, and analysis of clinical trials or longitudinal data
* Excellent scientific writing skills, as demonstrated by publications in peer-reviewed journals
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively among interdisciplinary and diverse teams
* Excellent English language writing and speaking skills (C1 or above)
* Willing and able to travel to study sites outside of Europe for several weeks at a time
Not required but preferred:
* Experience conducting and analyzing semi-structured interviews, focus groups, or participatory research methods
* Intermediate knowledge of German (B1 or above)
