Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who knows how to turn leads into long-term business. You’ll be responsible for driving the full sales cycle - from lead generation to signed offers, successful delivery, and follow-on sales. This role requires someone who understands digital business models, can engage with decision-makers from C-Level to purchasing, and combines strategic thinking with strong execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Generate, qualify, and manage leads to contract signature.
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and offers.
Conduct negotiations.
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and maintain customer relationships post-sale.
Drive follow-on and upsell opportunities to grow long-term accounts.
Represent Ucentrics at client meetings, events, and trade shows.
Keep CRM, pipeline, and sales reporting up to date.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders (C-Level, mid-management, and purchasing).
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Serve as the customer’s voice internally, driving product and service improvements.
Act as main contact for key clients and partners.
Represent Ucentrics at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings with clear, persuasive presentations.
Collaboration & Team Contribution:
Be a proactive “doer” who takes ownership, solves problems, and pushes projects forward.
Align sales activities with business development and product teams.
Support creation of sales materials, case studies, and customer success stories.
Collaborate on lead generation campaigns and event participation.
Improve sales operations, CRM usage, and reporting processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven sales experience in technical solution sales in industrial B2B environment, preferably in a Startup (XR/AR, AI and digital solutions are a plus).
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving follow-on business.
- Native-level German skills and professional-level English skills are required (French and Italian are a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital business models and customer requirements across different tiers.
- Self-starter with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and productivity suites (MS Office)
