On behalf of our Global Key Partner, RED is currently looking for a Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 with specific focus on the Costumer Service module.

Role: Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Capacity: Full-time
Languages: English
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant.
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Customer Service application (knowledge of Sales or ERP modules is a plus).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to effectively interact with US/Global clients.
