We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Business Analyst** to join our international team. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and evaluating the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of initiatives through business cases and ROI analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Map and analyze current and future-state processes.
· Identify opportunities for improvement and build business cases to justify initiatives.
· Define and document business requirements for IT teams and functional analysts.
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
· Collaborate with training teams to communicate new processes (without being directly responsible for training materials).
**Required Skills and Experience**
· Proven experience in business process analysis and automation within complex corporate environments.
· Strong ability to identify, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
· Experience developing and evaluating solution options with consideration of cost-efficiency, quality, risks, and strategic alignment.
· Ability to design end-to-end solutions in partnership with technical specialists.
· Skilled in creating key business analysis deliverables, such as context diagrams, process maps, and use cases.
· Experience monitoring IT solution implementation, including involvement in release and test management.
· Proficiency in preparing business requirement specifications and related IT documentation throughout project phases.
· Skilled in preparing and facilitating workshops and presentations for diverse audiences.
· **Proficiency in Italian ****(C1 or higher)**
**Leadership and Ownership**
· Provide subject matter and methodological leadership on projects with cross-functional teams.
· Oversee assigned tasks, coordinating internal teams and external service providers as part of project delivery.
· Support project managers in ensuring successful execution of initiatives within scope, time, and budget.
· Actively manage stakeholders and interfaces across the organization and broader group.
· Deliver regular, audience-focused reporting on project progress.
