SIM GmbH is an international interim management company specializing in project and quality management. We support companies from the DACH region, EU, and worldwide with relocation of business units and sites, particularly to the USA. Expansion into Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE (Dubai), Qatar, and Iran is planned, with a potential second office in Dubai within two years.
Your Role: Take full responsibility for accounting, payroll, banking, insurance, social security, and customs. Lead, coordinate, and oversee projects, events, and small teams. Plan, organize, and accompany the CEO on frequent international business trips, including possible relocation. Apply expertise as a Certified Fitness Coach internally, particularly for the mental and physical wellbeing of the company’s employees. Independently manage the CEO’s operational and strategic agenda in close alignment with the management board. Operate in a high-pressure, fast-changing international environment.
Your Profile: 10+ years cumulative experience across executive assistance, finance/accounting, customs, investment, and fitness coaching. Strong leadership and team management skills. Entrepreneurial, independent, highly organized, solution-oriented. International experience required; willingness to relocate or travel frequently to the Middle East. Languages: Fluent English and Farsi mandatory. Able to handle an extremely demanding, multifaceted role with minimal supervision.
Employment Terms: Part-time position with a maximum of 80 hours per month at a fixed salary (negotiable). During international assignments, travel time is only partially recognized as working time. Specifically, no more than 8 hours per travel day or 50% of total travel time (whichever is lower) will be compensated. Only the actual hours of work performed abroad beyond this framework will be additionally remunerated.
