### Your responsibility ###

* Further development and updating of the underwriting governance framework in close collaboration with the Group Chief Underwriting Officer
* Promoting the exchange of experience within the group, including organizing and conducting underwriting workshops and training courses
* Planning and conducting Technical Underwriting Reviews in the market units
* Regular exchange with local underwriting managers and specialists and other group functions
* Supporting market units in the further development of underwriting standards and processes
* Processing referral cases for the Group Underwriting Committee
* Observing trends and innovations in underwriting
### Your qualification ###
*
* Many years of experience as senior underwriter in direct Non-Life insurance (retail or commercial property)
* Experienced in underwriting governance and portfolio management topics
* Strong leadership personality with experience in functional and/or line management
* Enjoy working in an international environment and experienced in the interaction between group functions and market units
* Team Player with a strong results-orientated mindset
* Seniority and confidence in appearance, convincing communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management
* Fluent in English and good knowledge in German, Spanish or French
* Willingness to travel within Europe up to 25%
