Your mission
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Prepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts, and planning processes
Conduct cost analyses (e.g. personnel costs, FTE development)
Support the preparation of salary reviews and bonus processes
Maintain job architecture and benchmarking data
Ensure data quality and support the optimization of HR processes
Create reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Finance and Controlling to align HR data and budgeting processes
Support internal and external audits
Contribute to HR projects
Your profile
University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Human Resources or a related field
Initial work experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics or Finance is an advantage
Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Personio) and data management
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player with strong communication skills and high affinity for numbers
