Influencer Marketing Specialist EMEA/LATAM (m/f/d).
Background:
As an experienced and innovative Influencer Marketing Specialist for the EMEA/LATAM Region you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing effective Influencer Marketing Activities within the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in shaping the Global CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) Influencer Strategy to accelerate implementation to local Marketing and Sales organizations (Affiliates) across EMEA/LATAM.
The perfect candidate: has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field and minimum 3 years of experience as International Influencer Marketing Specialist. For this role we are looking for someone with MedTech or Healthcare Experience and with excellent communication skills in English.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Influencer Marketing Management & Excellence
• Strategic Contribution & Planning: Contribute to the co-creation of Global Influencer Marketing Strategy, translating them into actionable and impactful marketing plans tailored to EMEA/LATAM market needs, particularly within the Near Patient Care Customer Area and the CGM Solution
• Influencer Activities Roll-out & Execution Leadership: Lead the effective roll-out, adoption and accelerated execution of the Global Influencer Strategy across EMEA/LATAM affiliates, ensuring alignment with global strategy while enabling local relevance
• Expert Consulting & Standards: Provide consulting to global, regional, and affiliate marketing teams on designing, executing, and optimizing Influencer Campaigns aligned with the commercial priorities
• Design and deliver toolkits, playbooks, and training programs to equip stakeholders with
• Define and monitor KPIs for influencer initiatives to ensure measurable business impact
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global, Regional & Local Marketers & Senior Leaders
• Facilitating Collaboration: Enable effective cross-functional collaboration to connect key stakeholders, ensure alignment, and drive timely decision-making for campaign success

Must Haves:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience as International Influencer Marketing Specialist
• Senior skills in identifying, engaging and managing influencer and agency partnerships to ensure authentic, long-term collaborations
• MedTech or Healthcare Experience
• Analytical & Systems Thinking
• Agile Project Management, Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and agile project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
• Digital Marketing Channel Experience in: Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Social Media native Platforms (paid & organic)
• Experience in the Integration of AI along the Marketing processes and activities
• Experience working in regulated industries where content approvals and medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) reviews are required
• Experience collaborating with leading corporate influencer agencies (e.g., WPP, Reachbird)
