Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including trademark protection and licensing.
Assist in negotiations and drafting of commercial and licensing agreements with Formula One.
Conduct legal due diligence on potential new partners.
Draft and negotiations of NDA’s and other agreements.
Assist in corporate law matters, incl. in the preparation of board meetings and the drafting of circular resolutions.
Support with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Advice on motorsports regulatory issues and compliance (FIA regulations).
Provide legal support for event management and race operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at race events.
Stay updated on sports law changes and provide guidance on their impact on team operations.
Provide legal advice to various stakeholders.
Maintain and update contract templates.
Advise on data protection and privacy regulations.
Assist in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including commercial, IT, sponsorship abd licensing agreements
Law degree (lic. iur./Master) from a Swiss, German or English university and with Swiss, German or English bar admission
2-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the field of contract and IP law, or the au-tomotive industry (preferably in a commercial department) or a law firm (preferably with a fo-cus on commercial).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.
Strong understanding of sports rights commercialization and sports events.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills (ability to autonomously draft complex contracts
