We are looking for a dynamic and sharp Project Manager with strong knowledge and hands-on experience of ProConcept (Fortero).
In the fast-moving context of strengthening our ERP environment, we are implementing several new modules and processes (mainly in Operations and Finance).
This is a very exciting position that will truly move the organization forward, combining both technical and functional requirements (project management, communication, interpersonal skills, etc.).
The position reports directly to the IT Manager and is part of the IT team. The successful candidate will collaborate daily with multiple departments, interact with all levels and entities of the group, and deal with various internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to a new environment, work collaboratively, and create strong momentum and motivation throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the different phases of the ERP project (analysis, design, testing, deployment, support).
Act as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external providers.
Contribute to defining functional and technical requirements.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and propose corrective action plans.
Organize and facilitate steering committees, follow-up meetings, and daily interactions with stakeholders.
Support change management for end-users (communication, training, documentation).
Develop SQL queries and contribute to ERP data/database management.
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of ProConcept interfaces with other IT systems and tools (Power BI, EDI, e-commerce, etc.).
Qualifications
Required:
Strong command of ProConcept (Fortero) ERP environment – mandatory.
Solid experience in ERP project management (methodology, coordination, reporting).
Strong skills in databases and SQL language.
Knowledge of interfaced ERP environments (EDI, BI, CRM, etc.).
Fluency in English.
Assets:
Proficiency in TALEND.
Programming experience in one or more languages (Ruby, Angular, PowerShell, or others).
Good understanding of business processes (purchasing, production, finance, etc.).
