We have just moved into our award-winning ecologically designed campus and are situated in the heart of the Rheintal, in Buchs. As a 'small and mighty' not-for-profit international school, we offer a supportive environment in a thriving school community of 200 students and 50+ staff. International School Rheintal is seeking to recruit a Receptionist and Administrator to be a welcoming and professional ambassador of our school, welcoming students, families, staff and visitors. You will join an international team of staff in the school that work together to ensure an outstanding learning environment for all.
The Receptionist and Administrator role is a dynamic position in our community and is at the heart of everything we do. This role helps to deliver a happy, caring and efficient school office and reception for our local and international community. This support role will efficiently and effectively manage administrative, security and organisational processes as well as providing administrative support for staff, the Leadership Team and Board. This role ensures accurate record keeping, accuracy of communication and reliability of data to ensure ISR continues to offer a high quality service to all its stakeholders.
The role is part time and is from Monday to Friday, during ISR term time only + 1 week at the end of the school year and 1 week prior to the school year starting (for 195 days per year - you can find our term opening dates [here](https://www.isr.ch/school-life/term-dates-and-school-hours)). We are a multilingual community with English and German widely spoken throughout.
