Your responsibilities


BRIDGE-CRC project activities:
-Plan and coordinate all project activities
-Liaise with project stakeholders
-Plan and coordinate data collection and analysis work using qualitative/ mixed methods
-Contribute to workshop activities
-Report and disseminate research results

Other research responsibilities:
-Coordinate and support data collection and analyses in other implementation science and/or consulting projects
-Coordinate and/ or support the conduct of literature reviews
-Contribute to the preparation of competitive research funding applications
-Contribute to teaching and training activities
-Contribute to reporting research activities and findings at conferences, in scientific journals, or in research reports




Your profile




* PhD in health or social sciences
* Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in clinical and/ or academic settings
* Familiar with the field of implementation science and/ or related fields (e.g., behavioral science, knowledge translation/ mobilization, etc.) and strongly interested in learning more
* Sound knowledge of and experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods, including experience with qualitative data management software (e.g., MAXQDA)
* Experience in knowledge synthesis and the conduct of literature reviews
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Excellent oral and written communication, and practical interprofessional skills
* Excellent computer application knowledge (MS Office, SPSS, R)
* Fluent in English, working proficiency in German
* Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
* Experience in preparing applications for competitive research funding
