This is the passion that defines us at Roche.As the Sites Network Strategy Lead, you will support our Sites Network, which is essential to Roche's ecosystem of infrastructure and integrated services. The network, composed of over 3,500 skilled colleagues, provides more than 200 capabilities at 10 multi-functional sites across Switzerland, Germany, and the U.S., enabling over half of Roche's employees to do their best work. This high-impact role offers significant exposure and broad development opportunities within different areas of our organization.The OpportunityFurther shape, align, and steer the Sites Network's overall strategy.Lead key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the organization.Use data-driven insights to develop strategic options, analyze trade-offs, measure progress, and adjust strategies as needed.Anticipate and mitigate challenges and risks, and drive organizational change as required to ensure successful implementation.Build a strong network and broad knowledge base across the organization to identify key business trends and opportunities, gain buy-in, and strengthen communication flows.Lead, develop, and support the preparation of concise presentations that synthesize insights into briefing documents or slides to support decision-making and communication.Own, prepare, and orchestrate executive-level meetings and workshops, ensuring their effectiveness, connectedness, and follow-up.Who You AreYou have a bachelor's degree or higher, with an MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.You have 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility and a proven track record in strategy development, planning, and implementation.You possess strong systems thinking and analytical skills, with proven problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.You are excellent at developing concise, fact-based presentations with clear storylines tailored to different audiences.You have good communication and presentation skills in both English and German.You are capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment while managing multiple priorities.Ready for the next step?
