# Student research assistant - The Digital Twin of Swiss Mobility #

We are looking for a student research assistant to help us develop our Digital Twin of Swiss Mobility, who has very good skills in data processing with Python and/or visualisation with JavaScript (ideally with Vite).
## Project background ##
At the Center for Sustainable Future Mobility at ETH Zurich, we are developing a human-centered Digital Twin of Swiss Mobility to help us evaluate possible paths toward more sustainable and livable futures. Your task would be to help us ensure our models are validated and that the results can be explored by practitioners in a meaningful way. You will collaborate with senior researchers at the center to validate the different steps of creating the Digital Twin.
## Job description ##
* Validate steps of the Digital Twin pipeline with senior researchers.
* Process and analyse mobility datasets (Python) and/or build interactive web views (JavaScript + modern tooling such as Vite).
* Document methods and contribute to open-science practices (reproducible code, clear README, etc.).
We will provide you with guidance for the implementation, but independent work, in general, is required and appreciated. The workload consists of up to 15 hours per week during the semester. We handle working time flexibly so that you can take time to prepare for exams or fulfil other study obligations.

* Very good knowledge of data processing with Python or applying JavaScript (ideally with Vite)
