#### Your tasks ####
* Develop and implement test and validation plans based on product requirements, standards (IEC, ISO, UL) and flied conditions.
* Define and execute system-level and component-level tests for HPC products (e.g., cables, connectors, cooling systems).
* Conduct reliability, durability, and environmental tests (temperature, vibration, humidity, corrosion, mechanical stress and their interactions).
* Perform data acquisition, analysis, and reporting to validate design robustness.
* Collaborate with design, simulation, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve product performance.
* Deriving test results and recommending appropriate development goals (to Product- and Project Management.)
* Document all validation activities in test reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
#### Your profile ####
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Practical experience in mechanics or electronics testing and validation.
* Knowledge of measurement techniques, data analysis tools, and test automation.
* Familiarity with industry standards for EV charging (IEC, ISO, UL).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
* Solution-oriented, organized, independent, and structured working style.
* Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation.
* Experience of working in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
