For an exclusive private household, we are looking for a technically skilled, professional, and trustworthy Allrounder in Pfäffikon, Schwyz.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Driving Service:
Daily chauffeur service for the children (school runs)
Additional driving and errand trips
Vehicle maintenance and care
Technical Responsibilities:
Good understanding of technical equipment and systems (heating, ventilation, pool, alarm systems, video surveillance, etc.)
Organization, coordination, and supervision of external craftsmen for maintenance and repair work
Close cooperation with external service providers
Negotiation and supervision of service contracts
Goal: Ensure smooth operation of all technical systems
Independent execution of smaller repairs (subject to owner’s approval)
Garden:
Support the gardener with maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas and green spaces
Other Duties:
Organization and preparation of the property for events and celebrations
WHO YOU ARE
Several years of experience in a similar position
Experience in exclusive private households with corresponding references
Advantageous: Completed training as a building technician / facility manager
Well-organized and tidy
Responsible with a “hands-on” mentality
Strong service orientation and customer focus
Always friendly, polite, and courteous in personal interactions
Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
Languages: Very good English skills (minimum B2 level); Spanish/Portuguese an advantage
Holder of a valid driving license (category B)
Absolute discretion, reliability, and loyalty required
Impeccable reputation / clean criminal record
