## Job Description ##
As Senior Audit Manager, you will:
* Lead and execute audit engagements related to operational risk, business continuity, and resilience across the organisation.
* Assess the effectiveness of risk management frameworks, controls, and governance structures.
* Deliver end-to-end audits, from planning and risk assessment to reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Prepare high-impact audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across risk, finance, and operations.
* Supervise audit team members (limited supervision required due to team seniority).
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices.
## The Successful Applicant ##
You bring:
* Minimum 10 years of progressive audit experience, ideally within a central bank, international financial institution, or large investment bank.
* Strong expertise in operational risk, business continuity, and resilience frameworks.
* Proven track record in leading internal audit engagements and working with senior stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of banking operations and controls across front-to-back processes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in internal audit (external audit background is a plus but not sufficient alone).
* Certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA or equivalent.
* Exposure to wholesale banking environments (e.g. trading, capital markets).
* Gravitas, leadership, and hands-on delivery mindset.
