Mammertsberg is the newest hotel and restaurant in Andreas Caminada's Boutique Collection. It features six unique and individually furnished rooms, an 18-point gourmet restaurant, various lounges, a bar, and a panoramic garden with terrace and lake views.
Position: Commis de Rang (m/w/d)
We are currently seeking a Commis de Rang for our 2-star Michelin gourmet restaurant and boutique hotel Mammertsberg, available immediately or upon agreement.
Your Contribution
- Warm welcome and professional care of our guests in the restaurant
- Competent advice on food and beverages for a top-notch guest experience
- Careful preparation of the service area (Mise en Place)
- Supportive beverage and food service at the highest level
What We Appreciate About You
- First experience in upscale service or completed training in gastronomy is an advantage
- Passion for first-class hospitality and a strong sense of quality
- Openness, team spirit, and joy in collaborating within a professional service team
- Well-groomed appearance, strong communication skills, and a positive demeanor
- Reliable, structured work style with the willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Good knowledge of German; additional language skills are welcome
