Significant experience in integrity roles within a global organization.

Proven expertise in corporate investigations and a track record of collaborating with authorities, including the US Department of Justice.

International experience, especially in the US, Europe, and developing countries.

Cultural sensitivity and proficiency in additional languages are preferred.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster strong relationships within the company.

A pragmatic and cooperative attitude, with the confidence to excel in a fast-paced environment.

An understanding of business challenges and the ability to adapt the integrity program to meet goals, employing a straightforward approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to deliver clear and effective presentations.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Oversee the operation and continuous improvement of ABB’s integrity program, supporting Business Areas in adhering to required elements.

Lead the corporate investigations team and support the development of technologies for monitoring and investigating potential violations of the Code of Conduct.

Design and execute the global integrity program, including reviewing and updating integrity policies and procedures.

Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the Company and facilitate confidential reporting of issues.

Develop strategies and processes to ensure all areas of the organization understand and own their legal and ethical obligations.

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential integrity vulnerabilities and create action plans to address them.

Manage a team of integrity professionals and maintain ongoing integrity training and awareness.

Collaborate with Business Areas to identify integrity risks and develop solutions.

Promote a culture of responsibility for integrity throughout the organization and support managers in their roles.
