Description
We are seeking a Chief OSS Architect to drive the design and transformation of next-generation platforms in Securities, Lending & Borrowing, and Collateral Management (SLBC). This role requires a unique combination of telecom OSS/BSS expertise (orchestration, activation, inventory) and banking domain experience, delivering automation, scalability, and resilience for Tier-1 financial institutions.
The Architect will leverage OSS frameworks such as Nokia FlowOne, Amdocs Network Inventory, and Pega Order Management, applying them to the SLBC ecosystem to streamline securities trading, collateral lifecycle, loan origination, and risk/compliance processes.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
Lead end-to-end architecture & design for SLBC product modules (Securities, Lending & Borrowing, Collateral).
Architect orchestration frameworks to automate securities trading, loan processing, collateral management, and repayment monitoring.
Define financial inventory models (contracts, securities, exposures, collaterals) ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility.
Drive digital transformation by adapting OSS/BSS orchestration principles to financial services workflows.
Integrate SLBC with core banking, treasury, payments, risk, CRM, and compliance systems.
Ensure regulatory compliance (Basel III/IV, PCI DSS, ISO 27001) and enterprise security standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product development to align SLBC architecture with customer and market requirements.
Provide thought leadership on next-gen banking OSS — microservices, APIs, cloud-native, and DevOps-driven delivery.
*Experience*
20+ years in OSS/BSS transformation programs with Tier-1 operators & enterprises.
At least 7+ years in Banking/Securities/Lending domains, applying OSS orchestration principles to financial services.
*Hands-on expertise in:*
Nokia FlowOne v24 (Orchestration, Activation, SOM)
Amdocs Network Inventory (Topology, Discovery, Resource Mgmt.)
Pega Order Management (Orchestration & Workflow automation)
Proven success in delivering large transformation programs across Telecom and Banking sectors.
Strong understanding of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM) and TOGAF enterprise architecture.
Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
