## Job Description ##
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Client Partner - Digital Transformation** to join our digital and engineering services client.
In this senior commercial role, you will take ownership of key life science client relationships, shaping opportunities in Digital, R&D, and Manufacturing solutions, while driving growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device accounts.
**Key responsibilities as Client Partner - Digital Transformation include:**
* Act as the primary relationship lead for strategic clients, guiding them through their digital transformation journeys
* Identify new opportunities for collaboration, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and regulatory alignment
* Build tailored value propositions in partnership with delivery and solution teams to address client priorities
* Lead business planning activities, including growth strategies, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting
* Strengthen the organization's presence in the market by representing the business at senior-level meetings and industry events
**The ideal candidate profile:**
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in Business Development or Client Management within life sciences or consulting
* Strong track record of growing large, complex accounts and delivering commercial results
* Deep understanding of life science operating models, combined with expertise in digital transformation
* Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex, international organizations
* **Fluent in English and German**, with additional European languages seen as an advantage
