## Job Description ##
EMEA Recruitment is working with a global business headquartered in Zug that is driving a digital transformation across its procurement organization. To support this journey, they are looking for a **Digital E-Sourcing Procurement Lead** to join their team and take ownership of implementing and embedding new tools, systems, and best practices.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong procurement background and hands-on experience leading digital enablement projects.
You-ll act as the bridge between Procurement, IT, and suppliers, ensuring that sourcing tools are implemented successfully and deliver measurable value across the function.
**Key Responsibilities of the E-Sourcing Lead:**
* Lead the implementation and rollout of E-Sourcing and Procurement digital tools across global teams
* Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of sourcing systems
* Partner with Category Managers and stakeholders to optimize sourcing processes through digital solutions
* Define KPIs and measure the impact of digital tools on procurement performance
* Collaborate with IT, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance user experience
* Keep up to date with market developments in procurement technology and bring forward innovative solutions
**Your Profile:**
* Proven experience in Procurement with a focus on digitalization, e-sourcing, or tool implementation
* Strong track record of rolling out Procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Archlet, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive adoption across functions
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to track performance and improvements
* Based in Switzerland & open to commuting regularly to Zug
