## **Your Impact** ##

* You will, together with the team, sell and successfully deliver high-impact projects in pharma life science customer and commercial area; engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients
* The projects typically include end-to-end strategy to transformations, such as: go-to-market strategy, customer engagement strategy, customer analytics & insights, CRM transformation and implementation, omnichannel and MarTech strategy to transformation, front office operating model design and implementation, salesforce effectiveness, AI-enabled solutions such as AI for E2E content lifecycle management
* You will lead and be actively involved in business development activities to help identify, propose and close customer transformation opportunities
* You will work with international clients, lead and oversee x-functional and x-territory teams to deliver large, global-scale, and complex client engagements with a high-quality standard
* You will lead a fast-growing team, and have opportunities to build your own team for the capabilities you will bring. The environment is driven by respect, collaboration, strong team spirit, and winning as team not as an individual

## **Your Skill Set** ##

* Proven successful experience in a global consulting environment with at least 10+ years experience, ideally global transformational programs from strategy to execution
* Experience in delivering customer and commercial transformation programs in pharma or MedTech industry from strategy to execution, and can demonstrate tangible business benefits. You have in-depth domain expertise in one or more of those areas: go-to-market strategy, customer engagement strategy, customer analytics & insights, CRM transformation and implementation, marketing and sales transformation incl. omnichannel and MarTech strategy to transformation, front office operating model design and implementation, salesforce effectiveness, AI-enabled solutions such as AI for E2E content lifecycle management
* Proven track record in excellent project deliveries leading x-functional and x-territory teams, expanding capability and service offerings, and growing client portfolio by either expanding existing accounts or acquiring new accounts
* Experience of building sustainable senior client relationships and be recognized and respected by clients and colleagues as a knowledgeable, valued and trusted professional. You have experience of interpreting clients' strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients. You are a servant leader, passionate team player, and enjoy socializing with clients and colleagues
* Fluent in English and you are flexible to travel within Switzerland and/or abroad to serve our international clients. You have a Swiss work permit or you are eligible to obtain one
