## Job Description ##
EMEA Recruitment is searching for a **Global Insights Manager** to join a fast-growing, internationally recognized FMCG company, headquartered near Zug.
This role offers the chance to drive consumer understanding across continents while shaping the direction of some of the world-s most dynamic brands in a leading B2C business.
This role will suit a dynamic leader. With one report and a true global scope, you will lead multiple insights projects across several continents, including direct responsibility for the US.
You will enhance premium category exposure, influencing strategy in a high-growth sector where global consumer trends and cultural nuances play a critical role
**Candidate profile:**
* Proven track record delivering insights across at least 3-4 key markets **(US experience is a must)**
* Background in FMCG, consumer goods, food, or beverages, with a passion for understanding consumers globally
* 5-6 years- experience in insights, market research, or strategy roles, with strong leadership potential
* An agile, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
