* Daily scheduling of housekeeping staff
* Co-responsibility for Lost & Found
* Acceptance and processing of guest concerns
* Telephone and written guest contact
* Carrying out staff training
* Checking and preparing guest rooms
* Responsible for compliance with LQA standards
* Carrying out daily briefings with all housekeeping staff

* Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist
* Experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry
* Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels
* Clean and organised way of working
* Resilient, flexible and responsible
* Charming and well-groomed appearance
* Confident in dealing with international guests
* Very good language skills in German and English, French an advantage
