We do this today to build a better tomorrow.The Opportunity:As part of PTDS Global Clinical Supply Chain Management, the Production Enablement function ensures seamless, on-time packaging operations for Roche-s clinical trials while optimizing cost and quality. The Global Clinical Order Management team, within Production Enablement, handles packaging orders produced at facilities in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, and South San Francisco, US. The Global Clinical Order Manager (GCOM) coordinates and executes packaging orders for Investigational Medical Products (IMPs) for global and local studies. The GCOM focuses on final pack-orders from conversion of planned orders to QA release. This role includes setting up standard clinical packaging designs and coordinating material availability with support groups to ensure timely production aligned with local standards and regulatory requirements. The GCOM manages all packaging order tasks within the planning time fence.Who You are:You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor-s or Master-s program, or you finished your studies within the past 12 months prior to the start date related to Supply Chain Management and/or Healthcare ManagementAbility to adhere to procedures and standards in a GMP environmentWell-developed teamwork, collaboration, and negotiation skillsPossess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, high attention to detail, and understanding of systems and technical designsAbility to work independently and set priorities.
