Description
Attached to the Production/Industrialization department, the mission involves managing and leading product/process risk assessments for the lines within the Movements sector.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead product/process risk analyses and define the associated control plans.
Identify, propose, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Movements sector.
Provide methodological support in the use of quality tools (PDCA, QRQC, 8D, etc.).
Promote the use of statistical analysis to optimize processes.
Your Profile:
Engineering degree (HES or equivalent).
Proven experience in project management.
Proficiency in common IT tools and product/process quality methods.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator, autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
