Loation: Uzwil Workload: 80-100% Your tasks: You coach two high-performing Scrum Teams within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), cultivating collaboration, continuous improvement, and higher levels of agile maturity You organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, guiding capacity planning, velocity tracking, and effective story estimation and delivery You partner with software developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver next-generation digital solutions that create real value for global customers You train and mentor stakeholders on the effective adoption of Scrum practices You collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters to develop and implement industry best practices You support Agile Release Train (ART) events and program-level activities (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops) within the SAFe environment Your profile: A motivated and experienced Scrum Master, ideally with a background in leading multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment (SAFe experience is a plus) Deep commitment to agile principles and best practices, with a passion for empowering teams and helping them reach their highest potential Proven ability and hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile by fostering inclusivity, psychological safety, and a positive team dynamic Proven and demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master of minimum 5 years Prior experience in mixed setup teams, managing both remote and on-site dynamics efficiently Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
