### Your tasks: ###
* Lead technology and industrialization projects, from feasibility studies to smooth ramp-ups
* Analyze technology competencies and gaps, drive scouting and benchmarking initiatives
* Develop and evaluate new production technologies and pilot projects
* Support smart manufacturing and digitalization, inclusive data analytics, and Power BI reporting
* Drive global footprint and operations network projects (production, logistics, supply chain, e.g.)
* Define make-or-buy strategies and value stream configurations
* Conduct holistic analysis of datasets across functions to guide strategic decisions
### Your profile: ###
* Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
* Several years- experience in manufacturing technology and/or operations strategy in a global context
* Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, hands-on mindset
* Proven expertise in digital tools (Power BI), and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
* Open to international travel (up to 20%)
