* Manage the switchboard and coordinate internal call routing efficiently.
* Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and discreet reception.
* Handle meeting room bookings and support basic front-office logistics.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, courier coordination, and document distribution.
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold the institution's standards of excellence in client service.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Previous experience in a similar role, in hospitality, or corporate environments.
* Fluent in **French, English, and Italian** (spoken and written).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Professional presentation and a strong sense of discretion.
* Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
