### Your responsibility ###

* Engage in a variety of administrative tasks in connection with business partners, reinsurance contracts, and renewal submissions, ensuring a seamless workflow and valuable data management.
* Collaborate closely with underwriters to nurture and expand both existing and new business relationships.
* Prepare insightful reports and figures that play a key role in decision-making processes related to the evaluation of reinsurance contracts.
* Create and manage reports to support effective portfolio management and strategic control.
* Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, and colleagues.
* Work alongside teams in reinsurance underwriting, actuarial, and accounting departments.

### Your qualification ###

* Higher education or an equivalent qualification, with valuable experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector.
* You demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and bring outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to the team.
* You thrive in a proactive, independent, and structured work environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* You are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel, which you use to support daily operations and reporting.
* You perform well under pressure, maintaining resilience and focus during demanding renewal periods.
* Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent.
* Your knowledge of additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a significant asset, as these are regularly used in our workplace.
